New Shop UI! Devlog #1

Hello there! 👋

Welcome to another exciting devlog for my dream game project, "The Gardener."

Today, I'm thrilled to introduce the latest update to the game—the UI for the in-game shop. Feast your eyes on the screenshots below:

Shop Categories:

Plant Category:

In this section, players can acquire new plant models and upgrade existing ones to maximize rewards. Each tile is double-sided, featuring the object's name, photo, buy and upgrade buttons, and an information button. Clicking the information button flips the tile to reveal additional details about the object.

Manager Category:

Here, players can purchase new managers to take over the player's role and efficiently grow plants. Upgrading managers reduces the time required for plants to reach full maturity. Similar to the Plant Category, each tile offers a double-sided view with the manager's details and an option to flip for more information.

Animal Category:

This section allows players to enrich their garden with diverse animals, bringing it to life. Each tile showcases the animal's name, photo, buy button, and an information button. Flipping the tile reveals additional details about the chosen animal.

Decoration Category:

Transform your garden into a stunning oasis with new decorations. These not only beautify the space but also create an environment where more animals can thrive. The double-sided tiles display the decoration's name, photo, buy button, and an information button for a detailed description.

Tool Category:

Equip yourself with essential tools such as hydration and fertilizers to ensure your garden's proper functioning. Each tool tile features the tool's name, photo, buy button, and an information button, offering insights into their functionalities.

Navigation:

At the bottom of the shop menu, convenient navigation buttons allow seamless switching between categories.

Dive into the shop, explore the possibilities, and enhance your gardening experience! Happy cultivating! 🌱🌺

Community:

And with that, we conclude my second devlog. I hope it wasn't too terrible! I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.

Do you like the concept? What changes or improvements would you suggest?

Lots of love, and see you next time!
Szymon
